Shehu Sani, a candidate for governor of Kaduna State in 2023, has promised to let his daughter to study at the Kaduna State University if he is elected to succeed Governor Nasir El-Rufai.
The former Kaduna Central Senator has expressed interest in running for state governor on the Peoples Democratic Party’s (PDP) platform, InsightnaijaTV reports.
Sani was examined by the PDP screening committee in the state on Thursday, April 28, 2022, before of the party’s primary.
According to InsightnaijaTV, the screening took place at the party’s State Secretariat in Kaduna.
Shehu Sani, who used to his verified Twitter account on Friday to announce his election as governor of the state, said his daughter will be enrolled in the state-owned university.
Sani tweeted: “If I become the Governor of Kaduna State, my Daughter will be in Kaduna State University; It’s not your fault if you doubt or disbelieve me sha;una no de believe anything nowadays.”
