In the Meiran area of Lagos State, a policeman reportedly identified as Olu is accused of stabbing a tricycle driver, Ibrahim a.k.a. “Eleyele,” to death.
According to eyewitnesses, the incident occurred on Thursday at the Ile Iwe bus stop on Command road in Abule Egba.

According to reports, the police officer stabbed Ibrahim when he refused to pay a bribe of N100.
Tensions are high because the tricycle operators are intending to respond by attacking the Meiran Police Station.
