Dr. Chinelo Megafu’s body was finally laid to rest in a private cemetery in Lagos amid tears after he was slain in the Abuja-Kaduna train attack.
As seen by InsightnaijaTV, the mourners were unable to contain their feelings and burst into tears. Friends and coworkers were seen dressed in white.
Chinelo’s parents, brothers and sisters, and friends attended the memorial funeral service for the deceased on Thursday at the Shepherdhill Baptist Church in Obanikoro.
Chinelo, who was among the passengers on board the Kaduna-bound train that was assaulted, had taken to Twitter to appeal for prayers during the unfortunate occurrence.
Many Nigerians, on the other hand, did not trust her and even labelled her a liar. Her pals reported she was slain during the incident a few hours later.
Chinelo was 27 years old at the time of her terrible death, and she was going to leave Nigeria.
