Kwankwaso Pays N30m For NNPP Presidential Form

Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, the former governor of Kano State, has formally entered the race to succeed President Muhammadu Buhari in 2023.

The former Minister of Defense paid the needed N30 million and received the New Nigeria Peoples Party’s presidential nomination and expression of interest forms on Tuesday (NNPP), InsightnaijaTV reports.

Kwankwaso was met in the NNPP’s national office by Prof. Rufai Alkali, the National Organising Secretary, Senator Suleiman Hunkuyi, and other members of the National Working Committee.

Sen. Hunkuyi of Kaduna State, Solomon Dalung, former Minister of Youths and Sports Development, Buba Galadima, a notable Northern critic, and other prominent Nigerians were among the Third Force team.

According to them, the ruling All Progressives Congress would be deposed by the Third Force in 2023.
