Oba Gabriel Adepoju, a famous monarch in Oyo state, has passed away.
On Sunday, the monarch, who was the Oloko of Oko Ile till his death, joined the ancestors.
Oko Ile is one of the towns in the state’s Oriire Local Government Area.
At the age of 85, the king passed away in the early hours of Sunday.
It was gathered that the monarch gained the throne in 1997.
Three renowned monarchs in Oyo state have died in the previous six weeks, as you may recall.

Oba Jimoh Oyewumi, the Soun of Ogbomoso, died on December 12, 2021, at the age of 95.
