Delegates of the Peoples Democratic Party(PDP) has stated arriving at the Solton International Hotel, Ondo State which is the venue for the State congress.
Earlier, the party had scheduled the congress for March 24, 2020 but later postponed following restrictions of political gathering over the outbreak of COVID-19 pandemic.

Those vying for the position of the State chairman are Hon Fatai Adams, the State Deputy Chairman of the PDP and a former member of the House of Assembly and Arole Dennis Alonge former National Youth Leader of the party.
However, voting is expected to begin by delegates from Ondo Central senatorial district.
