Buhari is a dead campaigner now turned what …? When Buhari was sick in 2018, FFK was at the forefront of the ‘Buhari is dead’ campaign. Claiming Buhari was dead he never came back from London but only Buhari’s body did. He was sure they invoked the spirit of Jubril and placed it in Buhari’s body, as he said it is a common ritual among Satanists he now joined.

Some are strong whilst other is very weak

He blamed others for joining APC to avoid persecution

With close to a million followers on Facebook, this guy was not so friendly on a live tv show when asked if his defection to the ruling party was money-induced or coarse.

Words are truly so far apart that the spaces between them are almost infinite but only known to the speaker and probably very few others (if there are). Such we’ve learnt in these tales by FFK.

Words of his story. Though, he vowed to rather die than bow to President Muhammadu Buhari or to join APC, but like a common prodigal decampee, Femi Fani-Kayode (FFK) was brought before Buhari by the Chairman, All Progressives Congress (APC) Caretaker Committee, Mai Mala Buni.

If the only thing known with fox is being shifty and untrustworthy, there is no point in pretending, trying or claiming to be something else. Meet the new APC’s maid, he who dares not only his own words, but also denies himself in the public.

News sources reported that he did not only bowed but almost prostrated, claiming that he was ordained to defect, former Minister of Aviation, Femi Fani-Kayode has formally and officially absconded to the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC.

Little wonders why people say politicians don’t care about anything more than their own ambitions. Politicking apparently brings out the suspicious side of their true nature.

Buhari is a dead campaigner now turned what …? When Buhari was sick in 2018, FFK was at the forefront of the ‘Buhari is dead’ campaign. Claiming Buhari was dead he never came back from London but only Buhari’s body did. Women jump for love, while some men either jump for money or an unmerited position. And when offered a juicy position like that of vice president, no one should expect anything better than that of his. Undeniable and dependable news had it thus, posters of Governor Bello and Fani-Kayode as president and vice respectively had flooded many places. But remember that in politics, it is better to always aspire to be a bridesmaid and not the bride.

FFK has been seen to be dancing around decamping for a while now. Dated back in February, when Governor Yahaya Bello of Kogi state announced the decamping of FFK to the APC. More glaring, he attended the wedding of Yusuf Buhari’s son. Unimaginable but believable, FFK at the wedding generated reactions on social media, foaming in the mouth was his missive response, calling those criticising him names.

The Nigerian political scene in the recent time is littered with politicians’ cross-carpeting. But his own political itinerary is insane to many. Long and funny political junketing which many of his kinsmen and associates are not proud of about him, but only his own conviction as his partner. But going by his antecedents, the decamping of FFK is not surprising but only struck few many more due to the past statements of the former Aviation Minister.

But what do you call a three humped camel, if not pregnant and what do you call such an act of his, nationalist or a traitor? Perhaps in order to avoid being persecuted too. Or he was offered what he could not refuse, but when asked to explain how on a live television show he suddenly became unfriendly, defensive, reluctant and provocatively abusive because of simple straightforward and unambiguous questions.

But itineraries of his movement from Goodluck Jonathan to Muhammadu Buhari, Femi Fani-Kayode has a long history of romancing any government in power at all costs and going back to his own ‘vomits’ is an interesting personality he is known for by many.

Exploring many years of FFK’s statements making and going back on them. In 2014, for him it was clueless Goodluck Jonathan. He published a series of write-ups on his website, “A President Without Balls” and the two updated versions of the same essay titled “The Gutless Eunuch and Spirit of the Jagaban” and “The Gutless Eunuch and the Lion King,” respectively.

Another excerpt from one of his essays about Jonathan, “as long as such a weak and uninspiring man (Former President Jonathan) remains the Commander-in-Chief of the Nigerian Armed Forces please be ready for more casualties.

While FFK was in APC, he was calling Jonathan all sorts of unprintable names, including clueless, while singing such praises and showering encomium on Bola Tinubu. Liking him to the comic character Chancey Gardner, celebrated 1970’s Peter Seller’s Hollywood blockbuster titled “Being There”, Jonathan was a confused and clueless President, he once said.

But to many dismay, in 2015, he was quick to renounce those views about Jonathan as he was appointed the Director of Media and Publicity at Jonathan/Sambo Presidential Campaign Organisation, a position where he re-tuned himself and retransmitted to praisinging.

No shame in openly calling it quits and acting as if you’re really innocent. FFK’s eloquence like that of Socrates on live tv programme only shows more of what people like him to represent as he did fail woefully once again to give meaning reasons to back his undying love of Buhari that suddenly bewitched him politically and economically like weird and incurable diseases.

He better have a rethink in the name of common sense, all over the social media many Nigerians are still on his issues.

Fortunately, Nigeria nation is not like in the children cartoons where people such like him will be packaged on a live show to sing memorised and acted scripts in self-defence and expect such characterless talks to magically come true, so FFK should better let it go. Nigerians are no fools.
