Naira Marley, a Nigerian singer, has endorsed Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu, claiming that Sanwo-Olu is the best candidate for the position.
Naira Marley, who announced his support on Wednesday through his Instagram page, claimed that tremendous progress in infrastructure and other areas had been done and that everyone could see it.

Sanwo-Olu will transform Lagos, he claimed, and he knew it.
Naira Marley says: “I’m not (for the) All Progressives Congress, I’m not (for the) Peoples Democratic Party, I’m not (for the) Labour Party…but where Lagos is going right now, we don’t need to start testing at all.
“I think Sanwo-Olu is the right person for the job. This is not a paid promo or nothing. He has achieved a lot, he also has experience.”
