Ismaila Wasiu, a 29-year-old guy, has said that before switching to fresh skulls, he acquired a dry skull to perform a ritual for a fraudster (Yahoo boy).
Wasiu and Mutairu Shittu were apprehended by police in Saki town, Oke Ogun, Oyo State, after they were discovered in possession of a fresh human head and other body parts belonging to a female victim known only as Mujidat.
He further said that he was the one who enticed Mujidat from Lagos State to Saki with the intention of exploiting her fresh head and body parts for a higher price than what he “made” for the yahoo boy.
At around 2:30 a.m. on Monday, detectives received credible information about the suspects’ possession of a fresh human head from residents in the Ayekale area of town.
The Oyo State Police Command assigned to Saki Divisional Police Headquarters promptly sprang into action after receiving operational and intelligence assets, resulting in the arrest of the duo and the retrieval of the victim’s mutilated remains.
The victim was recruited from Lagos by one of the accused, specifically Ismaila Wasiu, over the phone before to the evil deed, according to preliminary inquiry.
