Adebanjo praised Governor Akeredolu for his efforts to secure not only the state but the entire South-West area, saying things could have been much worse if the Amotekun corps had not been established.

The assailants, according to Afenifere, are terrorists who must be arrested and held accountable for their horrific crime.

In addition, the organisation gave N1.5 million to the church and the victims of the incident.

Governor Akeredolu responded by thanking them for their condolence visit and stating that his administration would not budge on the Anti-Open Grazing Law.

“What we have suffered is not just gruesome, for me it was like annihilation because these animals in human skin did not come to kidnap, because they picked nobody.”
