InsightnaijaTV confirms that eight detained aides of Sunday “Igboho” Adeyemo have been released to their lawyers.

The aides were released to their lawyer on Monday following threats of filing a contempt lawsuit against the security agency, News Direct gathered.
The lawyer had previously given the DSS an ultimatum to free the jailed aides, who were arrested at Mr. Adeyemo’s house, also known as Sunday Igboho.
Those admitted to N5 million bail and let go are; Abdulateef Onaolapo, Tajudeen Erinoye, Diekola Jubril, Ayobami Donald, Uthman Adelabu, Oluwafemi Kunle, Raji Kazeem and Bamidele Sunday.
Four detainees still being held comprised a housewife, Mrs Amudat Babatunde, Abideen Shittu, Jamiu Oyetunji, and Bamidele Sunday who got bail in the sum of N10 million each with two sureties in like sum.

Recall that on July 23, Judge Obiora Egwuatu of the Federal High Court in Abuja ordered the DSS to bring the detainees before the court on July 29.
However, just 8 of the 12 detained aides were produced by the DSS.
