With hearts full of thanks and happiness, attendees flocked to celebrate a spectacular occasion that was sure to rank among the nation’s most memorable fiestas. The funfair this year was a monument to the Hon. Odunmbaku-led administration’s unrelenting dedication to turning it into an annual festival that represents the spirit of cultural heritage and community unity, following through on a vow made during the inaugural event. The much-anticipated second edition of the Ojodu Carnival took place against the colourful backdrop of the Nigerian Institute of Journalism (NIJ) facilities in Ogba.

The Ojodu Carnival represented more than just entertainment; it was a potent force that brought the beloved community and the distinguished Council members together. It sought to honour and demonstrate the depth of cultural history and timeless principles. The occasion provided a means for customs to flourish and be transmitted to next generations, guaranteeing their continued existence and conservation.
