Ejigbo Local Council Development Area honoured her 2022 retirees in a remarkable and stylish manner as part of efforts to improve Staff Welfarism and honour those who deserve it.

On Tuesday, January 17, 2023, the ceremony was held at the Permanent Council Secretariat (which is now under restoration). It is not a one-time occurrence; it has been an annual custom since the beginning of the Executive Chairman’s first tenure, Alhaji Monsurudeen Oloyede Bello (OBE).

Speaking at the event, Mr. Abiola Qudus Ayorinde, Director Post Service Department, Local Government Establishment Training and Pension, advised the retirees to take care of their health, manage their savings wisely, and give back to the community by actively participating in Community Development Association (CDA).
