The Faculty of Science of Lagos State University, Ojo, received a 500KVA Transformer from Executive Chairman of Ojo Local Government, Hon. Rasulu Olusola Idowu.
Yesterday, Monday, at the main campus, the Vice Chancellor of Lagos State University, Ojo, Professor Ibiyemi Bello, officially commissioned the Transformer.

The Executive Chairman explained that the transformer donation was made to improve the Faulty Power Plant’s electrical supply.
The Local Government Chairman’s vision and dedication to the educational advancement of the region were praised by the Vice Chancellor, who added that corporate entities could imitate this admirable deed to advance the University.
Council Manager Mrs. Esther Yetunde Ajose, Education Supervisor Hon. Muiz Sanni, Dean of the Faculty of Science Prof. Akintola Shahu, and other stakeholders were present.
