He claims that Abubakar has developed practical plans to solve a variety of challenges, including ending banditry, combating corruption, unemployment, addressing infrastructural decline, and enhancing Nigerians’ socioeconomic well-being.

“Therefore, we should all give our votes for PDP candidates from the President to the State House of Assembly in order to benefit the best Nigeria of our dreams.

“We should safeguard our Permanent Voter Cards and avoid any person who would use money to buy our votes for the best of our country’s future,” he said.

The governor further advised everyone there to maintain their composure, stating that they should not in any way enable violence and turmoil to undermine peaceful cooperation.

“You should ask any politician who invites you into political thuggery to align you with his kids and daughters,” Tambuwal advised young people in a warning against the practise.

Alhaji Bello Goronyo, the state PDP chairman, praised the locals for their consistent support of the party.

Bello welcomed a few well-known politicians from other parties who, in their opinion, saw a reason to defect to the PDP along with their supporters. He praised the newcomers’ prudent choice and referred to them as partners in growth.

Malam Sa’idu Umar, the PDP candidate for governor, promised to carry on Tambuwal’s heritage and energetic leadership style if elected.

Alhaji Yusuf Sulaiman, a former minister and director general of the state’s campaign council, emphasised that the PDP’s door is open to all newcomers.

Sulaiman advised PDP supporters to continue their door-to-door campaigns in their respective areas and put more effort into persuading the state’s residents of the party’s viability.
