A Commissioner in the cabinet of Governor Oluwarotimi Akeredolu of Ondo State is dead.
The Commissioner, Professor Bayonile Ademodi before his demise was the State Commissioner for Regional Integration and Special Duties.

According to the Commissioner for Information, Donald Ojogo who confirmed the passing of Professor Ademodi, the deceased, a native of Ondo town died on Saturday after a medical surgery.
The late Ademodi was a Professor of Chemical Engineering and died at the age 68.
